Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

It must have all original tags still attached.

You must provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or customization constraints. These include, but are not limited to:

Perishable goods or cosmetics.

Intimate apparel, swimwear, or bodysuits (if the hygiene seal has been broken).

Custom-made or personalized items.

Gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately update you on the status of your refund after evaluating the product's condition.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's or payment provider's processing policies (typically 5 to 10 business days).

Rejection: If the item is found to be used, damaged, or missing parts through no fault of ours, the return may be rejected or subject to a partial refund, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your total refund amount.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for packages lost in transit during the return process.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please inspect it immediately upon receipt.
Contact us right away at frasla@atomicmail.io with your order number and a clear photograph of the issue. We will evaluate the problem immediately and make it right by providing a prepaid return label and issuing a replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
