Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer various shipping methods depending on your location. Shipping charges and estimated delivery windows will be calculated and displayed at checkout as follows:

1. France

  • Standard Shipping: Free (3-5 business days)

  • Express Shipping: €10.99 (1-2 business days)

2. European Union (Union Européenne)

  • Standard International Shipping: Free (7-10 business days)

  • Premium Shipping: €22.00 (3-5 business days)

3. International (Outside the EU)

Includes regions such as the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, and select other international destinations.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Free (7-10 business days)

  • Premium Shipping: €29.00 (3-5 business days)

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping/transit times listed above.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

dingmode is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, any refund issued may be subject to a deduction for return shipping costs.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24–48 hours. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
